These terms of use ("Terms") represent a contract between you and Gama Optic ("Gama Optic" or "us") and govern access to the use of services made available through the site www.gama-optic.ro.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully as they govern the relationship between Gama Optic and community members (“Gama Optic” or “you”) and describe our mutual rights and obligations.

Terms of use
1.1. Acceptance of terms: By accessing and/or using the site you accept and agree to these terms in writing. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.
1.2. Modification of terms: We may modify at any time, in whole or in part, the website and/or these Terms and Conditions of Use. You should read and review the referenced Terms periodically to stay informed of the Terms that apply to you. The use of the website after the modification of these Terms and Conditions represents the acceptance of the modifications.
- Description of the Service
The Optic range offers the following services within the Vedere Subscription:
- Voucher of 60 lei applicable to any purchase
- Specialized optometric consultation
- Digital measurements of wear parameters
- Glasses spa – professional ultrasonic cleaning
- Extra Warranty with only 5% of the order value – insures against accidental damage caused by breakage, breakage or theft
- 10% discount on any selected frame
- 10 % discount on any type of lens
- Buy-Back on frames / lenses with up to 50% discount – for products purchased in Gama Optic stores, with a maximum age of 2 years
- Validity:
› The subscription is valid for one calendar year starting from the date of its purchase;
General Terms and Conditions
- Membership requirements: Age. Only people who are at least 18 years old will be admitted as Gama Optic members. Minors will request the consent of the legal representative to become a Gama Optic member.
2.1. Account: To become a Gama Optic member you must create a user account, hereinafter referred to as "Account". All data provided must be correct and complete (in particular name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number). If this data changes later, you are obliged to change any relevant account information as soon as possible.
2.2. The Gama Optic membership account is personal and cannot be sold or transferred to a third party. You may use the account only for yourself and may not allow another person to use your account for profit or in any other way. You must keep the password secret. If we receive information about the misuse of your account by another person, Gama Optic will inform you about this aspect and you will immediately select a new password. You are responsible for all claims, damages, expenses incurred by us or third parties caused by the misuse of your account by third parties who are responsible.
- Legal right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel the Gama Optic contract within 10 days from the date of purchase and without giving a reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, it is necessary to inform us by e-mail about the decision to cancel this contract. Our e-mail address is contact@gama-optic.ro - we will make the refund without undue delay and no later than 30 working days from the date on which we are informed about the decision to cancel the contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no commissions will be charged as a result of the refund.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy:
› If you wish to cancel and refund the payment, you must notify us of this intention within up to 10 days of purchasing the subscription, through any means of communication available (e-mail, social media, telephone);
› The refund policy does not cover the used subscription (it was used for a purchase in one of our stores);
- Membership: Gama Optic will automatically renew your membership once every 365 days after activation. If the payment cannot be made due to lack of funds, we will automatically disable the subscription until a successful payment.
- Payment method: To pay the subscription, you can select the payment methods indicated on the Gama Optic website that were presented to you during the application process. If a payment is not successfully settled due to insufficient funds or other reasons, you will be notified by payment processor Stripe.
- Cancellation: You can cancel the monthly subscription until the last day of membership by accessing your account settings on the website www.gama-optic.ro. You can reactivate your membership at any time.
8 Price: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All membership price changes will be effective from the next billing date through a notice on the website www.gama-optic.ro or through any other means of communication, such as e-mail, social media, etc.
- Validity and applicability of offers: the discounts offered within the discount campaigns can only be applied within the validity period stated in the offers. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the payment made. We also reserve the right to cancel payments with discounts applied erroneously by changing access links, using the Browser Cache system to change the packages accessed, or any other method of abusing the discount system.
- Services: If Gama Optic is not in accordance with the contract, i.e. it does not perform services according to the contract (for example, an offer does not have an agreed date or the offer does not correspond to the description of the service, the instructor does not possess the mentioned qualifications, etc.) you have the right to report this work to the Gama Optic team to fix this problem as soon as possible. Please send us to the e-mail address contact@gama-optic.ro, any service that is not in accordance with the contract between "You" and "Gama Optic".
- Guarantees: The services purchased through the website www.gama-optic.ro are provided by Gama Optic.
- Privacy: Personal data collected through the website/app is used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the present Terms of Use and is subject to the Privacy Policy published on the website.
- Links to Other Websites: The Website provides access to other websites through hyperlinks. We do not manage these sites and cannot control their content. Consequently, we are in no way responsible for the content of these websites, nor for the collection or transmission of personal data, the installation of cookies or any other similar processes.
- Dispute resolution: In the event that a dispute arises between Gama Optic and you, you agree that the parties will resolve any claim amicably. We recommend that you first contact us directly to resolve the issue.
- Changes: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The modification of the Terms and Conditions will be sent by e-mail, and if we do not receive any objection from you within 2 weeks, we will consider it accepted. To the extent that the change of terms and conditions is necessary as a result of a change in legal provisions, the customer has no right to object in this regard.
